Client Profile Compliance

Our Dedicated Travel Consultant will pull out the Traveller Profile and makes sure that the traveller is assigned the preferred seat in accordance with the personal travel profile. In cases where the seat may not be initially available, the request is put on waitlist and upon clearance, the seat is assigned. The Waitlist Clearance is an automatic system check in our airline reservation systems. In addition to seat assignment, out travel team also


Ticketing Time Limit Adherence

All the major airlines have put in place revenue control mechanism and one of them is the issuance of the Ticketing Time Limit on all quotations. This means that once a fare has been offered, a ticketing deadline is automatically given beyond which the fare options would no longer be available. It is in combination of this and the Early booking that most cost savings will be achieved. We therefore ensure that constant reminders are sent to the Travel Bookers in order to take advantage of this savings avenue.


Hour Call Centre.

Silvach Sustainable Travel operates a 24-Hour Call Centre. In essence, this is a facility that serves as the key contact point for our passengers whenever they are on travel and require assistance on travel related issues. The staffs stationed at this centre are travel experts who have a minimum industry experience of 5 years. This essentially implies that we are able to handle all emergencies. The Call Centre will be of great assistance to most of our Travellers in tracing and following up on lost luggage claims, emergency ticketing, ticket re-issues and trip re-routing as well as all matters relating to travel that would require local assistance.


Loyalty programs - Corporate and individual:

Corporate Clients can now enjoy loyalty programs from various carriers in terms of miles redemption tickets and upgrades. This in essence brings about cost savings in redeemed tickets. We ensure that our Clients are enrolled to such programs whenever they are available.
